I have used this site for more than 5 years, so I should be a loyal customer? LOL!!! These guys always do a good job!

So I bought power leveling to 87 to 99 strength. Then after I stopped playing for a couple months I got back and everything was reset good thing I have transaction ids left in my email from purchasing memberships. Hahaha. I got my account back. They have hacked my account 2 times allready.

I bought a Runescape Account for $250.00. They told me that after 6 months I could change the email on the account. - About 4 months later, I couldn't login to the account. I filed a ticket on USfine & they told me that they were very sorry. They gave me another account & said that after 6 months I could change the email, they promised it wouldn't happen again. A couple of months later, same thing. The password was changed & I could no longer log in. I made another ticket & they said that since I had made the purchase over 6 months ago, they could no longer help me. I made a dispute through PayPal & about a day later, USfine sent me emails saying that if I canceled the dispute, they would give me an account & let me change the email address. They said that this time I would only have to wait one month and then I would get to change the email address. I canceled the PayPal dispute & USfine gave me my account. It was really nice, really great stats. After about two weeks, I couldn't log in to the account anymore. I made a ticket & I was pretty pissed off. You guys told me that I would get my account. They told me that they don't have any record of me ever buying an account. I couldn't reason with them & I couldn't file another dispute through PayPal. $250.00. Gone.

Scam, they took money and "forgot about 80 dollars...dont buy there

I have ordered an account from them three weeks ago. After getting into an argument with them because I wasn't satisfied with the service I was getting they were simply ignoring me for weeks on the livechat. As all the other chinese scamming companies, the account gets "hacked" and I can say bye bye to my money. $290 through the drain. Do NOT purchase anything from UsFine, you've been warned! Do not make the stupid mistake I made.

They're scammers. I bought an account on rs3 and tons of gold. I played it for awhile until one day the password didn't work no more. I ask them for help and they told me they would recover it in a couple days but never had and didn't. They never reply back. Do not trust them! Even their gold scammers are.

i bought an account in november to have nothing but trouble and they would not change it over to my email or password at all. then comes december when i was told a month after buying the account it can all be changed to my info, kept getting the run around so finally i had enough its now april next year they "lost" my account and keep ignoring me. pretty much stole 100.0 from me.
