Work HeroReviews of useworkhero.com

WorkHero provides outstanding customer service and consistently excellent work. Their team is responsive, professional, and a reliable resource for agencies needing expert WordPress support. I have worked for several ad agencies and I highly recommend WorkHero to any agency looking for a trusted partner to help manage and support its clients’ WordPress website needs. Kevin is a "hands on" Founder and his team are incredible. I couldn't be happier.

Work Hero has been incredible to work with. Their team is excellent at what they do, communicates clearly with our team, and helps us solve our clients' problems with ease. We are incredibly thankful to have been working with them for 3 years now and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for the perfect Wordpress Partner.

Work Hero has supported our agency for 3 years now, and we would be lost without them! They are easy to work with, responsive, and reliable for projects of all shapes/sizes.

I have been working with Kevin and the team at Work Hero for 7+ years. I have never had a single issue with their service. Any time something comes up they deal with it incredibly quickly and cordially. Could not recommend them more.

I’ve been working with Work Hero for a while, and they’ve helped out with my Wordpress website and other technical challenges in my coaching business. What I appreciate is that they don’t just "do tasks"—they actually solve problems. For example, we moved my email from Mailchimp to ActiveCampaign. It wasn’t so simple as I understand it involved cleaning up the data, integrations, and admin headaches. They handled it well making it clear exactly what they needed from me to get the job done. They moved me over to task management system, which was helpful. Rather than chasing people down for updates. I see the status of every project (like the ongoing landing page design cycles) in one place. When we were setting up exit-intent popups, they didn’t just wait for instructions; they tested specific configurations to make sure the user experience was actually good. They feel like an extension of my own team, not an agency I have to babysit. If you’re looking for help with your website and tech challenges, it's worth giving Work Hero a try!

I’ve recommended Work Hero to a number of agency owners over the years and they’ve all stayed with them long-term. The team is professional, responsive, and consistently delivers solid WordPress work. Easy recommendation if you need reliable development and support.

WorkHero has been an incredible partner to work with. The team is consistently responsive, quick, and goes above and beyond. Everyone I’ve worked with has been extremely helpful in providing professional expertise, recommendations, and insights. Working with them is always a breeze. The quality of their work is consistently on point, as if it were their own project.

We have been working with Work Hero for over a year now and they've become a valued partner and extension of our team. I'm constantly impressed by their quality and speed of execution. We have strong opinions about the approach, frameworks, and libraries we use in our development process to ensure quality, consistency, and future-maintainability across our projects. Work Hero was happy to adapt to our approach which is a huge asset. They're also great critical-thinkers, they'll proactively suggest better approaches or push back if a request doesn't make sense. Would highly recommend Work Hero to any agency building and maintaining custom WordPress websites.
