Our company has been looking for an accessibility solution for years and finally, we found UserWay. Because our site is on a specialized platform, we did have an issue getting the widget to work sitewide, but luckily, we had Jon R of UserWay Tech Support, who is patient, polite, and incredibly tech savvy to help. He went above and beyond guiding me to get the widget installed properly. We are grateful to finally have our website accessible for all our visitors and fully compliant with ADA and WCAG standards.
