I also got duped by their claims of "only $X.XX" when that was actually just trickery by them to get me to pay for a full year of service. The $X.XX price was the yearly price divided by 12 to make it look cheaper. False advertising!

Beware of their "free" 14 days trial. They will bill you immediately because you used their service. I only tried one download and never used them again. Still they billed without notice. I only saw that because I went to Paypal to remove the subscription. Tried to ask for a refund was just told I am screwed because I used it too much (there was apparently a limit I crossed but that was never indicated I never did I get a message telling me I have to pay to go over it...). Don't make the same mistake and avoid them at all cost. Oh and to make matters worse : their completion rate is so bad that my download was useless, impossible to repair. Total waste of time and money.
