Absolutely NO customer service. I paid for express overnight shipping. It has been 4 days and I still have not received my lenses. I have called multiple times and emailed. They absolutely do not respond. I am giving them until tomorrow afternoon. If I get no response, I will report this as fraudulent to my credit card. I think this might be a scam of a company. If not, their customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

You pay them in advance And they never respond to any emails, no matter how many times you contact them. It has been two weeks and I still don't have my order. I will wait one more week and then report it as fraud to my credit card company.

I sent my frames to them and what I received back, did not fit the frames properly. I sent them back a second time and what I received still did not fit properly. Buyer beware if you want some thing of quality don’t use this company.
