Ordered a Nikon 24-85mm f/2.8-4 AF-D zoom lens online. My order was ready for pickup the next morning. Drove to the showroom, was greeted pleasantly, and picked up my order. In and out in minutes. The lens was in better-than-expected condition, as is typical of Used Photo Pro.

It took 12 days to receive my order. Somehow after it came to CA, it got sent to OR. I know if I buy again I'll go the fast express route.

Hello - thank you for your feedback. We understand that delays with UPS/FedEx shipping carriers are very frustrating this time of year. We work to make sure all orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days of being placed. We will look into your order to see if we can determine why it was held up by the carrier. Thank you and we hope to have the opportunity to earn your business back in the future.

I wouldn't buy from them ever again. They obviously don't test used equipment before shipping or even making the online listing's. I bought a nikon f2 listed as functional with new light seals. I get the camera, and the aperture adjustment lever for the viewfinder is broken, making the meter useless. The mirror also sticks. After searching on their site for another camera, I called and asked that it be tested, the person testing it reported numerous problems that weren't listed on the website. Very deceptive and scummy way to do business. Thank god I asked about this camera before I purchased. I only ordered from here after having horrible experiences with KEH, and I won't be back.

If you are looking for a parts camera, your money will be wasted shopping here. The cameras I ordered were damaged and incomplete and not really worth anything. UPP should be more honest in their ratings and add an additional category for equipment like this....... call it "Garbage".

I bought two lenses and a camera body all at different times from Feb 01-Mar 05, 2024. The camera body and one lens were rated Mint, the other lens was rated Excellent. The were all immaculate. I am very pleased with my purchases. Would recommend them to anyone.
