***I have asked to speak to a manager and Sarah Williams has denied that request multiple times. "She is the one to help me." Scam. Scam. Scam. They told another person in a Google review that they send the contract before you pay. Lie. I sent proof of my payment at 11:36am and then proof they said my contact was signed at 17:36. Said transmission was under a 3 year warranty and now states only 1 year parts warranty which I would have never done because I DONT REPAIR INTERNALS OF A TRANSMISSION. They fraudulently used a cc signature for the contract. Beware!!!!!

Very unprofessional and and don’t give you a correct time frame on when your item will be delivered. Took almost a month for my engine to arrive I wouldn’t recommend them after the service I just experience with them.

ordered on the sixth of Dec, no notices of when shipped, cannot get salesman to respond, some Indian or Iranian dude who called three times a day to get the money and close the deal, NOW wont espond to texts.....CRICKETS.... motor should have shipped in three days it was in STOCK at your 290 yards nation wide, I as of today will be set back from my install date of dec 21 till after the NEW YEAR BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME OR THE VENDOR INSTALLING ON DELIVERY DATE. Charged me for a tail gate lift I didn't need and told them so. That was supposed to lower price to 775. No worries they said we will refund you the money on Zelle. Money never came then they called to tell us since they couldn't refund the money they would just take it off total bill. They did not. Biggest scam I have ever been through. I have your emails promising refunds that never came. I live on social security and you have scammed an old lady.You will honor the promises you made to me or I will not honor the anything from you.

Used Engines Inc - Quality At Best Price Linda Nelson Posting publicly Would not give this company any stars. My son purchased a used engine from them that Noah from Used Engines stated they are very particular about quality of used engines and try & test every piece before selling. The engine came with a cracked oil pan plus all the manifold bolts were either rusted or broken. Photos were sent to Noah along with a letter requesting them to either replace the engine or refund the cost of the engine. We have yet to hear back from Noah or the company. I would not buy anything from this company they do not back up what they advertise.

I was misinformed on so many things when purchasing the motor that I got. First thing I was told was that they worked on the weekend which they don't. Than I was told that I would receive a complete motor to include valve cover which I did however the valve covers were cracked and couldn't be used. So I had to hunt for them which wasn't an easy task for the motor I have. I had to unload the motor from a semi truck because the driver couldn't come up.the hill to my mechanic shop where all of his equipment was to move a motor. Oh it was all around one headache after another with this company. I don't recommend them to anyone

This is a scam. I ordered an engine on 6/3 told it was in stock and would deliver in 4-5 business days. It did not sow so I CALLED THEM. It was delayed. They said I’d have it in a few business days. IT DIDN'T SHOW. They didn’t call me I CALLED THEM. This went on for 6 total delays!!! I missed my window for using a friend and his shop to do this quickly. I canceled my order and asked for a prompt refund on 6/30. Now it’s been 11 days since I asked for my money back and no satisfaction, no product, and poor customer service. 0 stars for Paul Adams, David Turner, and Nick Brown
