Up until this point I am satisfied with the results

Great company and great staff. I contacted Used Engines USA on May 21. Jesse assisted me and did the motor I needed. However, during this process Used Engines USA informed me that 2 motors in their inventory DID NOT meet their quality control standards. So, back to the drawing board a 3rd motor. Sara, phoned me on July 28 with tracking number and estimated delivery date of July 5. Wooohoo, the repair shop call me on July 8 letting me know that the motor looked great and was very clean!!! July 15th, the repair shop said, "You made the right decision to go with Used Engines USA." My car is ready for pick up. Thank you to each and every employee at Used Engines USA for your professionalism, knowledge, tenacity, and patience. The entire process was 6 star experience in the end!!!!
