Used Engines IncReviews of usedengines.us

I ordered a used engine from these people. I was skeptical at first for spending 8 grands for a used engine. Sales person Sarah assisted me in selecting the right one as per my preferences. She has rich experience in this industry and she cleared all doubts. I was in peace when I received the engine pressure washed and ready on a wooden pallet, well strapped. They were cautious in removing the engine from the vehicle because all the parts of the engine were in good shape. A relationship manager was assigned to me as soon as I made the payment and she took care of all shipping updates. She made sure I received my engine as expected and that I am satisfied with it. I don’t understand the reason for anyone giving a negative review for this business. I recommend them anyday. Thank you Sarah and Used Engines Inc!!!

I ordered a engine from Used Engine Inc. for my husbands 2014 Ford Fusion. With ordering such a huge item online I was very skeptical. Ron, the representative that I spoke with was very understanding of my concerns. He was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. He informed me that the company would be with me every step of the way. Once my order was confirmed, I was contacted immediately by the Shipping Relationship Manager, Elena Wilson. Elena explained to me the necessary testing and packing formalities that would take place with the engine. And the tracking info was provided immediately. Elena stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. The engine was received 9 days (excluding weekends) after the order date. My mechanic was very impressed with the way the engine look and how well it was packaged. I was very pleased with Used Engine Inc.! I would definitely use them again for my car part needs!

Daniel was very patient and informative answered all my questions

Item was delivered within proposed timeframe, after careful inspection by certified mechanic Item purchased was as described. Communication was acceptable, I personally would continue to do business with Used Engines.
