Wish there was an option to give no stars!! I ordered a engine 8/27. I spoke to a rep 2 time prior to ordering. I called 2 times after ordering and was told it was about to be shipped out. That never happened. I have since bought a engine from quality auto parts that will be delivered in less than a week of ordering. I have started a dispute with my credit card company. If you need any parts contact quality auto parts!

Wish I had done more research...this is a fraudulent company and all should go to jail. Ordered motor, weeks go by with a little communication at first now nothing and emails get rejected. Phone number says call back during business hours but it's during business hours and no way to leave a message. Filed fraud case with my bank. See also someone else posted they are being sued and are under investigation with Wisconsin Attorney General. Case # 2017CX000004. This site should be shut down~~~ Run don't do business with them.

Been calling to ask for tracking for an order placed a week ago, when calling for new sales, they answer inmediately, when asking for tracking they trasfer you, which is #2 for customer service for existing order, you will be on hold for 30 minutes and then get hung up.. you can leave a message, pressing #0 which they won't return the call. Sent emails to support at reman-engine.com but no answer. The chat feature ask you to email to returns at reman-engine.com which returns failed delivery, address do not exist.... seems like reman-engine.com is owned by Car Part Planet, they don't make or fix the engines, they are brokers.

I purchased a remanufactured engine from the above company. It came with a 5 year unlimited mileage no fault warranty. I thought that was a great deal. Great coverage. Turns out not so much. I spent $5930.00 on purchasing the engine, I spent $3571.69 on getting the engine installed. The engine lasted 93 miles before it broke down. After inspection by my mechanic, he ran a camera inside the engine and said that this was not a remanufactured engine, but a rebuilt engine. From their warranty dept: Good morning, Trust aside, there are only two options to resolve this. A) We follow through with the warranty exactly as you've agreed to do. I understand that your mechanic is currently working with the warranty department to resolve this issue. B) You have your mechanic remove the engine from the vehicle, put it back in the crate, and return it for a refund. Said refund would be less a 25% order cancellation/restocking fee, and reimbursement for all shipping charges incurred by us during this entire process. If I don't hear from you, I can only assume that you've decided to proceed with the warranty process that is already in the works. You would be wise to use a different company or chances are you will be sorely disappointed. I paid for an engine, but it was like pulling teeth to get the data the specific engine I purchased. Customer service was abhorrent! The service representative was dismissive, rude and insulting. I knew right away I didn't want to do business with this company and asked for an immediate refund!

Worst Company ever. Do not Buy any items from this company
