Additional duty and tax for orders made from EU nations
Customers ordering needs to be notified before placing order that they will be charged duty and tax as additional cost separate from shipping charges especially those within the EU eg United Kingdom. I have to pay £36.13 for duty and tax for just the athro 7 I bought. I am not pleased with this development. Wish I knew before ordering.

I got this for my son who was hurting in both knees. If he believed it would help he might be better at consistency. So far (end first month) not much of a difference. He still hurts. He is an active 30-year-old just tryng to stay in the work place.

No word from the company on an order
Ordered a product and never received it nor was cost taken out of my checking account. I waited 3 weeks even though it was to be shipped to me in 7 days. I called the company and they said my purchase was on back order. Could they just have taken a minute and told me this through an email?

Product Return & Information
I am unhappy when I ordered over telephone Artho-7 said that I have allergies and was not told about Chicken Collegen in the tablets. When I received the package I believe February 2, called & was sending package right back. I was told they would send right out a return label to return item back. I have had to call 3 times for label. Package has been sitting here since I received it. I am on limited SSI budget and was surprised how long this is taking. When I contacted you third time they finally said it was sent out late on Feb 18. Hopefully, today Feb 25, the label will be coming as I am in Washington state and comes from California & usually I receive my mail fast from there. You need also, to tell your people to read ingredients when allergies are concerns. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Have a Good Day.

too much shipping charged.
Box was way too large for my order and the size bumped up the shipping to the next tier
