Sometimes the Customer Service Rep is hard to understand on what needs to be done. A local Tech coming on site would be very helpful instead of trying to figure things out on your own such as installing a replacement receiver.

Not trying to win a contest.....Dish is OK. Less expensive than Cable (for awhile, anyway) and that's good. Customer Service is great! I expected better/more recent movies on the "Freebies" for three months...I will not continue with them. I'm adjusting. I much prefer a "paper" guide rather than the one on TV (and not one I need to download). However, I'm sure Dish will serve my TV expectations.

Dish is a great company but disapointed for a dish customer praised for me to get dish and myself and friend never recieved our $50.00 rebate. Now unsure we will keep dish if thid matter is taken care of. Thanks, Gail

I've had Dish for about a month. I live in Georgia, and can't get Atlanta Braves Baseball games. The caption says it's not available in my area. I called customer service. Tey tell me that the service is down, and they can't controll that. But I could get the Braves on cable. I'm not satissfied with the answer. I haven't seen a Braves game in a month. And since I'm locked in for two years, I should get everything that I am paying for, including Braves baseball games, in the Atlanta Area. Your customer service person was not very helpful in the matter.

We switched because our previous provider no longer had NBC otherwise had good service. When its cloudy or having light rain we have no tv, Im not talking about a storm, it wasn't even raining yet and the service was out. Also my bedroom tv don't have a picture the full screen, large black area around the pic.

I accidentally got dish intending on getting direct TV. I only realized it after it was installed and trying to navigate the menu. It is less than user friendly and I have to look up how to do basic things that were easy to figure out on direct TV.
