Don't use them

My experience with dish was a nightmare I know dish know u can't drill hole in public housing apartment life me with an outstanding bill to pay and cable I had to pay my repair bill cause my kids could keep a roof waited all day till 7;00 and suppose had been 12:00and stayed till 9:30 worse ever

Horrid, horrid customer service when elevated to the "president's" desk. No follow up, no answered voice mails, no solutions that were acceptable. 2 weeks later, I finally got TV hooked up correctly, not with their solutions, but by calling over and over and over again and then I wasn't compensated fully. Wish I would have stayed with Comcast.

Over priced BS...hidden costs everywhere...told me i could bundle and charged my card then found out the day they were setting it up that bundling wasn't going to be an option.

After my two years is up, I will never go back to dish.

This is my second review. My first didn't go through. Thinking that only the ones rated 4 or 5 stars goes through. Pretty despicable.

Wanted to leave a positive review. I had a fantastic woman on the phone setting me up w a great deal thru dish. I had been charged over the phone for the first months bill of 100$. I had a person come to my home to set up dish. After waiting over an hour longer than when he was going to be there he finally shows up to my home. And after walking around the grounds he tells me I won't have service w dish do to the trees in my area.. Ok.. I'm fine w that. But after not getting refunded my $ after 4 days. I was upset. The funds are finally back in my acct. but due to this mix up. My wireless internet order thru AT&T was never completed and I believe it's b/c my dish order went south. Grrr. Advice would be to know alil more about the areas u say that u have coverage

I had to get dish because they are the only company to offer Internet at my home. Their employees are rude and lied to me! When I called with a questioned and asked to speak with a manager, a so called supervisor was rude and then hung up on me! And the equipment must be cheap because every time the dog jumps off the bed we lose connection for a minute! I guess they feel they can treat people this way and give them inferior equipment because they have a monopoly in this location! I am stuck with them for 2 years now, and am very dissatisfied.
