It took a very long time to get the service ordered by phone. Many, many questions from the rep. You have to listen very closely to all Info, because at the end they tell you what additional cost you will have for connection. Installation was quick, however, I am not happy where they installed the Dish. It looks out of place right in front. Not hidden at all. Very noticeable.

The only problem I have is when it is very windy outside my television has lines and blurs a bit. I haven't gotten my first bill yet but if there are no hidden charges then I am sure I will be satisfied with the Dish all the way around.

The installations was great. Had to but Joey in bedroom because bedrooms TV was monitor wi HDMI. I want to but a JOey in livingroom and exchange the jumper. Phoned and person didn't or could not help.

why better than older cable provider. lots more features for less cost

The Dish needed to be in a very inconvenient spot to get a signal...it will be a problem mowing in the summer---but that is just where we live. This is a rental property and I talked with several television companies before we purchased the service. The salesperson was the only one that listened to my needs and requests and gave me the package that I wanted. There was no pressure to keep buying more expansive packages. Thank you for respecting the needs of your customers...it was the deciding factor in which service I chose.

Was easy install. Thoughtful of my new house exterior. Gave more options for future add on rooms.

Only had the dish since Monday and already lost the signal once for a half hr

I'm pleased with the service. Wish I could ply online games.
