Like Dish but internet through Frontier cost not what I was told. I was told cost would be $28.99 and Frontier says it may be $34.99 for the first few months! What can I do?

Since I have only been a customer for 6 days it is not possible to give much of a review.

With out a TV guide it is too damn hard to find what I'm looking for. The biggest problem is being a new system and my tv in the living room is not HD.

The rates are very fair but there is a serious need to update the remote control. So many unnecessary buttons and words on it are way too small making it hard to read. No previews for movies on-demand is unique (and not in a good way). $150 Visa card, forgot to mention it when I sighned up over the phone, called before installation to revceive it & was denied. Fine, so instead of receiving good customer service, I can write about that instead

I loose the signal in bad weather

I think I have recorded some shows, but I have not tried to view them yet. I'm not sure that I like the feature that turns off the unit but did not the TV. It leaves a message screen visible on the tv that can burn into the TV screen. That's not good for the TV and future viewing. Also, ever since they hooked up the dish, my Netflix doesn't work on one of the tvs.

We were told we would have all the movie channels free for 3 months. After 2 weeks the HBO and Showtime channels were no longer available on our Dish service. It just stopped showing those channels.

The service has been good after a couple of weeks. However, the salesman mislead me about which movies channels were included in my package. When I called to question my package, I got nowhere with the women on the phone.
