Well I called to get dish setup at my house but told them not to install nor charge my bank account until the next week. They charged it that day and made my account go negative. It took hours on the phone with a lot of people to get something done. Dish offered me a $50 gift card which is great except I have to wait 3 months to get it. All dish cared about was getting my money with a 2 year contract not how it effected me

We switched to Dish after being told the internet would be as fast as a verizon hotspot. And it's not even close to being half the speed. Only one of us can be online at once or it will lag out and eventually boot us. We might pay an arm and a leg for the verizon hotspot, but the day our 2 yr contract is up we will be switching back. Providing we dont just pay them their $200 fee to get rid of it early and switch back to verizon. The tv channels and movies and such is great, the internet is awful.
