Very helpful keep up the great work

Great install

There is almost to many things to watch....! All Chanel's are clearer than cable including HD that seems even sharper.. We never had or even seen satilite TV so we were very surprised and my cable bill just got cut in half. Combined with RCN internet that is also faster and cheaper.

Downtown Donuts is in a unique spot in a historic building our installer was very careful and considerate of the uniqueness of the building and placement of the dish location. He was patient with instructions and showed me how to use the remote and did not leave until I knew how to use it. The Installer was training a new employee and the trainee was not much help with the install, even with that he continued and finish the job in a timely manner and was very professional.

We are glad for the service it has what we wish to look at, But we have one question how can we keep the TV on with out the TV going into sleep mode.

I lov Dish I so far don't have any complaints at all.

Didn't catch his name but the entire installation went great and hopper with internet is awesome. Highly recommend
