We were happy with the service but unfortunately we were unable to install the dish in our trailer. We are working in that.

The installer was great. So far I'm so happy with my service.

when you set up dvr it automatically overrides another tv set that doesn't have it's own receiver unless you pay more? very irritating. Miss look back and start over which they don't offer. But the alternative was a rip off with the cable companies merger's are just going to get worse.

it was a saturday and he showed up at 8 am.... but he did a great job and explained everything very well... just showed up to early for a freaking weekend...

We have been cable customers for over 20 years. I believe in loyalty which kept us in this relationship that truly should have been severed long ago. We are new with Dish and so far this has been a refreshing change, it has been almost unbelievable. We should have switched long ago.

Professional installation, great picture and uninterrupted service since.

So far I've enjoyed my service, but at times HD quality channels will go off-line and I'll have to reset my box. Also, normal SD channels do not fit the screen width of HDTV. There's a black box surrounding the channel image as if it has a large black picture frame. I previously had another provider and never had this problem with SD channels.

To me TV is TV. I went with Dish over Direct because the installer from Direct kept pushing the installation back. I called them told them never mind, then called Dish. Less than 24 hours later the installation was complete. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because I had to clean up after the tech
