I was told that everyone hardly ever loses signal. That obviously was a lie. We lose signal with the slightest bit of wind or rain. I highly regret ever leaving cable and will probably switch to something else when my two years are up.

I've never had a DVR that ran so hot. This unit is very load as well. This is causing too many problems and I wish I hadn't gone this direction or that Dish supplied a device that ran cooler. I prefer the TIVO interface quite a bit more than Dish. It's much more difficult to navigate between screens and to create a "timer" program (season pass in TIVO). Let's just hope over all the experience is better than Comcast. Two years goes by quickly so...

I cancled my order and you charged me 29.00 and some cents on my discover card. The man I spoke to said it would not be a charge for canceling ..I cancled within 15 minutes ....Could you please retract the charge..Thank you...... mrs Losi

The company misrepresents themselves by assuring customers they will be able to be connected because they work with the Army and very hard to reach places. I live in a rural area and the customer service team advised me the internet would work. The techs when they come out to hook you up say they don't know for sure and shouldn't assume. The techs also loose out on the deal, just like the customer who was given a price for internet and cable and when I couldn't get internet they held me to the contract or I would have to pay a fee. I lost out on the package deal and to top it off they took channels away and I had to pay extra for a upgrade. Not very considerate of the company.

these guys promised a $150 gift card. 2 bills, one for .06 have been charged to me. I have only had dish 3 weeks. I can't get half the programs to work even with tech help. not that great of a deal as far as I'm concerned

I applied for a Dish and a week later decided to keep my DIRECTV when I found out it would cost me $200 to sign up with you. In the meantime you billed me $45.44 which you did refund on my Discover Card, but you also billed me for $29.99 and I don't know what this could be for since I never received anything from you in the way of equipment or services or a visit from a technician or anything. Hidden fees, saleman lied about cable/internet deal. Installer did not know English. Very disappointed.
