I called AT&T to bundle my service and asked for Direct tv, they said, we'll get you a better deal with Dish. My call was transferred to a Dish sales rep and they talk the talk. I told him that I wanted service for 2 tv's with a recorder for each set and HD(sure, no problem). Then, the day of the installation....... thech shows up did his thing and the next day I find out that, one tv isn't HD and does not record. Ended up paying for a second receiver and more money to get what I was promised originally. Will be a long two years. The tech guys are very good. Be careful.

We had the service less than a month. Im not to happy with that end of the service I run a small office and have used up 10 G in two half weeks .When all I do is billing and some lean wavers . We have a Verizon MIFI and don't go through 10 G We have called to ask how that could be considering nothing changed.They only say it's must be your computer is updating all the time .I not that stupid ! I have settings that prevent my computer from doing any upgrades without asking . We will be canceling service. I was told that it would be enough to run my business at home by a sales person and since I don't go over on my Verizon service I fell for the sales pitch . This Internet service has something wrong with it . It would be one thing if I was gaming or watching videos but to read emails and standard paperwork for a small business I should never go through so much data. And by the way you still cant get my name in the system correct even after calling four times !

I've had Dish less than 1 month.Have loss service minimal of 5 times.If it rains we lose service every time.

I called dish to bundle my phone,internet,and tv with you.When I called for an explanation of the bill I was told that I am not bundled and I have a separate bill for att for phone and internet.When I asked who called att for the work order on who called to set up my service noboby knows who called because it wasn't me.The bill is a lot higher then quoted and I have to pay $90.00 for att to install phone and internet of whitch I was told was in with the bundle.I GOT SCREWED BY ALL OF YOU

Couldn't get service at my place because it wasn't situated correctly.

I have been a dish customer for the last 9 years and we have recently remodeled and added a guest house to our property the Dish installation in the guest house was a fiasco and the process screwed up the connections in the main house, I have always had y'all's top package and the bill at every one of my three homes is always ove $200 at each one and I'm not complaining about that I don't mind paying for what I want but y'all's service is truly lacking and I may switch to Direct TV.

I CANNOT GIVE A REVIEW YET. I HAVE NOT MOVED IN YET, WHERE THE DISH IS AT. I THOUGHT IT WAS STARTING ON JUNE 3, 2015. I HAVE RECEIVED A BILL ALREADY, BUT I HAVE NO REMOTES OR BOXES. I THINK THERE IS MISCOMMUNICATION SOME PLACE . NORMA DEARTH 937-315-5003

We ordered a bundle: TV, internet and phone. When the installer came, he told us they only supply TV, so I told him to cancel the order. He called in, then put me on the phone and I confirmed the cancelation I was told I had a week to change my mind, was offered a $100 bonus, and that they would call back. A week later another installer called that they were on the way. Again, I told them that I did not want their service, that I had canceled last week, that my credit card had been charged and that I expected to be credited. I had to talk to four people to accomplish this, with a LONG wait time after each transfer. I was finally assured of the credit, but when I checked my card statement, I found that I had two separate charges, but only one credit.
