DISH tech came out once - can't do it; no line of site to satellites, too many trees. possible if you put up a 20 ft pole. Called to CANCEL service; was told they would send a level 4 tech to investigate and see if they could service us. Said they would contact me within 24-48 hours. 3 days went by, I called back to find out how the investigation by level 4 tech. I was given an apology and told they overlooked this work order and would get right on it and call me back within in 24 hours; that was a week ago. I have NO Service - I have NO Equipment - I have No Contract with you. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO REVIEW? THE FACT THAT YOUR COMPANY IS A LITTLE DIS-CONNECTED. SURE HOPE YOU HAVE REFUNDED ALL MONIES CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND HAVE THIS ACCOUNT CANCELLED BECAUSE YOU OBVIOUSLY CANNOT SERVICE US.

EXTREMELY disappointed. The day of starting my service, the tech informed me that I couldn't have a dish on my patio due to location. So he decided I should "share" a dish with my neighbor I don't even know! So now I'm wired to my neighbor's dish with all the exposed wires leading from their apt to mine. I called a day later as I was not getting the premium channels in was promised upon signing up. My receipt days 3 premium channels for 3 months.....when I called in was told it was a max of one month only. I did enough complaining and got my 3 months, but I shouldn't of had to! I advised the gentleman that helped me I would like to upgrade to an HD box, so he scheduled and appointment a week later. When the tech showed up to do the switch, I was informed that my neighbor has a standard dish and it was not possible for me to upgrade. SERIOUSLY? Why have the service then, if I can't have what I wanted. The whole thing seems shady. What happens if my neighbors move? Then I have no service at all? This is just bad all the way around. Very unhappy!

I had a appointment over a week ago to get Dish installed. A young kid showed up, spent 10 to 15 minutes and told us he would have to send somebody else out to try. I waited one week with no phone call or email to let me know what was going on. The first time I called Dish the gal on the phone told me there is nothing she could do and I would just have to wait a while. The second time I called the man tried to help but could not get anybody to answer at the installation company. I have still not heard a word from anybody.

i have been extremely dissatisfied with the Customer service with dish network. I either get someone who barely speaks English. I have been hung up on. I have been told different reasons why my money was not credited to my checking account was for one reason or another and the story was never the same. Yes I did finally get my money back but the whole ordeal was very very frustrating. I never asked for anything other than the money back from equipment I never took into possession. Now on a positive note the last lady I finally spoke to last was a very pleasant individual. She had great customer service. She never treated me as stupid by talking rude or by talking down to me. She was very professional. Overall I hope my experience improves compared to the first impression.

Everytime it's rain, dish doesn't work, Internet or tv, Internet doesn't work half the time, what have I've gotten into

SIGNED UP FOR TV AND INTERNET WITH DISH. AFTER TV INSTALLED WAITED FOR MODEM. NEVER CAME !! WHEN I CALLED DISH I WAS GIVEN THE RUN-A-ROUND , FOUND OUT AFTER 5 PHN. CALLS , NO RECORD OF MY INTERNET SERVICE WAS EVER BEING ORDERED BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.

Scheduled the installation at a time several weeks before the furniture arrived. The technician was great until he realized that there was no tv in the house - and that's needed for the install. To bad the scheduler didn't verify ....
