I actually have no complaints with the service I received. The lady that assisted me with the cable package I eventually purchased was very professional and courteous. The technician that installed all of my equipment was very professional and courteous as well. He had thorough knowledge of all the equipment he was installing and assisted me on how to use my equipment since I grew up in a household still stuck in the dark ages and grew up with no cable service whatsoever. This is the very first time I have ever had cable service under my name and I am not disappointed with the choice I have made.

I would like to thank you for starting my service with a low upfront cost I will recommend DISH to all my friends I enjoy the programming and the installation was fast and easy I really feel that you care about your customers and I will be a loyal customer for a long time to come thank you very much 😊 STEVEN E.
