Too many advertisement programs . Put then in a section of their own, so we can bypass them

Man is dish great! Too bad they have decided to partner with companies that cannot deliver the same great service that they can. I switched from TWC, mainly because my internet was horrible. What I have gotten is better TV than I could imagine except, DISH partnered me with WINDSTREAM who promised 10mgb dsl but could not deliver. So I have no On demand channels, not streaming videos, crappy internet surfing and 3mgb dsl. This is not the TV service I am paying for and not the bundle that DISH sold me on. Don't over promise what your bad partners can't deliver.

Moving into area only serviced by Dish? Too bad... that has been my experience since I received it. My new house only has access to dish tv or internet... It's not very good at all. The internet is HORRIBLY SLOW.. and of course, the tv goes out every time it sprinkles outside. As for channels, their "TOP 200" doesn't even compare to a low package on comcast. There's NEVER ANYTHING ON! for some reason, I hardly can find shows I used to watch or channels. Plus the "Movie" channels, play the same things over and over. Now i'm stuck in a place where the service sucks and I have to get it, as I have a contract ...and there are no other options.

Only 2 outages in one week!

Took almost two hours to order it! Then they installed TV. Was told no order for internet?! So I called and they said no order. Then wanted me to go through ordering again ! Nope! So I cancle my internet!

What i thought was 50 some dollars for tv ended up 80.00 then had to get sudden like for internet, for 60.00 that should be 39.95 so I'm back to 140-150.00 a month, the old bate and switch.....then they want to get in to your bank account. and take out what they want, then you start bouncing checks,unless you have unlimited money......

I love the picture quality and the channel selection and your customer service is excellent. The technicians that installed my system were also top-notch. Very professional and friendly and competent. The only issue I have with the whole thing, and to be fair, it is dragging my overall review from 4 stars to 2, is the DVR. Your hopper is a joke. While trying to control the playback of recorded shows, it seems to have a mind of it's own. It sometimes skips to the end of the recorded section, sometimes jumps to live TV, sometimes jumps back 20 min instead of 20 seconds. In short, it is maddening. I had Direct TV for years, and never experienced anywhere near this level of frustration with their DVR system.

The tech took 1 hr to figure out where to put dish. Then had to run cable thru walls to make it all work. But the Internet wireless set up is even worse. He forgot to sign up our device to dish after installation and then left. That night when I got home from work I couldn't get on. Called dish tech on phone was really nice and tried to help upset me but he couldn't. Had to have another visit a WEEK later to get us online. So ridiculous. ..if this wasn't my only option for cable and Internet I would cancel.
