Everything is really excellent...

Good service great reception and very knowledgeable technician

I'm happy with everything that we have experienced so far. The friendly first call, the fast and infomative installation, and the great programs and high equality shows.

The installation was prompt, fast, and clean. Everything worked as promised and the HD pictures are crystal clear. The variety of channels is amazing. There is less time lag between picking channels as opposed to Direct TV where you could count 5 seconds delay when changing channels. The remote requires some time to get used to. The volume buttons are small and round unlike most other remotes. Choosing closed captions is much easier than on competitors' remotes. I've used two other systems in the past and this one is the best!

I've only had dish for about a month now but the whole experience from ordering it til now has been great. Ordering it was easy,the installation was done on time the technician was great, the price is reasonable and now when we want to watch TV theres always something on. Wegot the Hopper and its great THANKS for a great service

Have had Dish for a couple of weeks now and really enjoying it. The Installer was great. Very professional and courteous to our needs. We were referred and will be doing the same. Thanks
