CinotonReviews of uscinoton.com

I purchased the item below from there Amazon.ca store, They are no longer on Amazon and with Amazon help i was lead to there website. The purchase carried a 5 year warranty and the product has failed with in that time. I am looking for the 5 year warranty replacement and contacting the website via email X3 and text X2 they will not reply. A reply would be at least something but they choose to ignore. Be mindful of this when you make a purchase from them as all was fine till the product failed. I can say i got screwed and got no enjoyment. Very poor service in my dealing with this outfit CINOTON Dusk to Dawn Led Outdoor Lighting, Barn Light with 100W 10000LM 5000K Daylight Outdoor Flood Light with Photocell, IP65 Waterproof Outdoor Lights for Yard Garden Patio Street Garage Lighting Sold by: CINOTON Store

Receive the light and initially worked good but after couple of hours it would not come back on contacted company they didn't answer their phone texted the number and so far no response I am giving them until tomorrow to respond and then I will contact credit card company

The LED lights keep failing after a few months including the replacement ones I got. Customer support is not that good either.
