US Car SeatReviews of uscarseat.com

Horrible Company CHINA!! I ordered the seats they did not fit. They offered to give me twenty per cent back which I refused. Then they asked me to send back the seats. I went to the post office and they wanted three hundred and fifty dollars to return them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered a set of car floor mats for someone and before the mats arrived (because it took so long), the owner of the vehicle sold the vehicle. After receiving the mats (prior to opening), I called and informed them of the situation and was informed to open the package and send photos of the items, which I did. I was then emailed the next day asking for photos again, which were sent. The following day I was informed that according to their policy they couldn't refund because of the reason given. The company focuses on customer service however this situations response was not customer friendly based and I still have the email correspondence saved as a reminder.

I ordered and paid in full for car mats for my vehicle. They came damaged and completely shoddy construction and materials. I requested a refund and was denied. I was even asked to return the mats to Thailand.

Bad experience. I am providing the *exact* interaction. Good looking product, but no customer service. My email to support: "I ordered this set of car seat covers in June for my 2004 Chev Suburban. The seat back does not fit and the bottom was too small. See in the image below, the seat cover you shipped does not account for the build in seat belt assembly. This is very disappointing, because the covers are of good quality and I am sure I would have been satisfied with the product, had they been correct. Please advise how to return the seat covers for refund." UsCarSeats response: "We understand that returning the item may involve both time and a return fee, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. In order to compensate for this inconvenience, we would like to offer you a 50% refund on this order and a voucher for a 20% discount for your next purchase on our website. You are welcome to keep the item for yourself or offer it to your friends." USCarSeats shipped a product I cannot use, and only will refund me 50% of my $204, plus I have to pay shipping back to Bangkok, Thailand!!! Maybe I would get my $100, maybe not. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!

I ordered a set of mats as advertised expecting the product to arrive with logos and all features. Phone holder etc. what arrived were nothing like what I ordered they don’t even fit the car when I was quite specific on make model and year. I emailed support and sent photos of product. To my disgust I was offered a 50% refund and I would have to return to Far East at my expense or GIFT THEM TO A FRIEND??? do not use this company. Very unhappy and poor service. The mats turned up rolled up in a plastic bag with 4 small Velcro squares and really poor quality.
