The measure of a company is how they react when a mistake is made. They sent me the wrong car cover, and when this was brought to their attention, they promptly and easily replaced the cover. This demonstrated great customer service and integrity. Nicely done!

You covers are great. Keeps snow and rain off, and it's light weight is easy to roll up and take off. Only problem is getting the staps underneath the car, which sets low. In that, I came up with an idea. Take a pole, or board and measure the width of the vehicle, cut it so it fits underneath it. Screw a hook onto the end of it, slide underneath the vehicle, and attach the buckle to the hook. Pull the pole back, and hook the strap up.

The fit and quality of the cover surpassed my expectations. I was looking for a cover that completely covered my F250 and this one fits the bill
