We were in need of a laptop battery; I had gone to one of our local stores that carries batteries. The gentleman told me that Dell puts a chip in their laptops so that the consumers will only purchase Dell replacement parts. We found your website, I called and the customer service rep. was great! He answered all my questions so that I could place my order. It came quickly, the person I ordered it for was extremely happy.

I needed a new battery for my HP laptop. They found a heavier duty one for only a few dollars more than the regular one. Got it in just a few days too. Great service and also it was live chat on the internet too. You can't beat that.
