Thank you for sharing your honest experience. We’re glad to hear the boots are already helping your heel feel better. Some boots may need a little time to break in, but your comfort is important to us. If the discomfort continues or you think a different insert or fit may work better, please reach out to our customer service team—we’ll be happy to help you find the most comfortable solution. Hi Ed, Thank you for the incredible review and for giving US Boots a try after so many years with other brands. We’re glad to hear the boots performed well during your first 10-hour shift and that they provided the comfort and support you were looking for right out of the box. We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding an 8” version. Input from hardworking professionals like you who spend long days in mud, climbing forms, and demanding environments is extremely valuable to us, and we will definitely share your suggestion with our development team. Thank you again for your support and recommendation — it means a lot to us! – US Boots Team

Thank you so much for the incredible review, Robert! We’re thrilled to hear that your boots delivered comfort right out of the box with no break-in period—that’s exactly what we aim for. Putting in 15K+ steps a day on flight lines is no small task, so it means a lot to know the form, fit, and function are holding up to that level of performance. We’re especially glad to hear your feet stayed cool, dry, and protected throughout. Your comparison to higher-priced boots and recognition of the value we provide truly means a lot to us. Thank you for your support and for trusting US Boot—we’re proud to have you as part of the community! – US Boot Team
