I had just about given up on getting my…
I had just about given up on getting my birth cert and was making plans to drive to Indiana and get the certificate in person, when I opened my email at around 5:00 AM today and there was your update to me. I have completed this birth cert "purchase" via my Visa card. Anxious now to receive my certified copy. Unable to provide completed review until I have my certified copy in hand.
