What went wrong is I was under the…
What went wrong is I was under the impression this company was getting my birth certificate for me and all they did was send me the application form from the County that I was born in. I already had the dam form and had it filled out just needed to have it notarized and mail it in. I did that today 09/17 so simply put I was able to apply my birth certificate without any help from this company. I'm waiting on a refund

Not what they promised, no personal assistance.
They asked for the review before the process was finalized. After the initial review, they asked for new documents to upload, but when I tried uploading, it generated an error. I tried Smallville back, but got the same instructions. I tried calling, but the office was closed during commercial time. I'm now waiting for a refund. I paid for expedite service, it did not happen.
