Place of Death
Once I realized I could purchase death certificate with US department of State, the form process was smooth. I have one detail to point out. My mother passed in Bermuda. I chose Pennsylvania for death place because there is no option other the list of states. For County, I typed Bermuda in. What does someone do in this situation?
