When I first inquired about getting my birth certificate from them, they gave me a list of what ID's I needed. I gave them 2 forms off the list. Paid the fee and waited for 2 days. Then I get an email demanding that I upload my driver's license. I told them that it was expired and in order for me to get it renewed, I needed my birth certificate. They replied stating that the state of Nevada requires a photo of my driver's license. So I uploaded it. Unacceptable. I tried to tell them that. I called them and was told to hold. 3 hours later, the call ended. I never got to actually talk to a person. So, I decided to find a different site to get my certificate. I did too. I decided to call AGAIN and this time I was able to talk to a person. She could barely understand me. Her broken English wasmaking me even more mad. I tried to explain everything to her, but she told me that I still had to provide these documents: An valid military ID, which I don't have cause I was never in the military, A valid passport, which again I don't have cause I don't plan on leaving the country. That made her mad even more. So, I told her to just refund my money and be done with the nonsense. I won't ever use this company and I darn sure going to tell everyone to NOT to use this company
