Horrible scam
This is a scam I didn’t receive any email about tracking after I paid 166 and then I called for customer service and they hung up immediately don’t use this site.

RIP OFF COMPANY - REFUSES TO FULLY REFUND CHARGES
This firm OVERCHARGES for documents that are available for FAR LESS from state sources. When I discovered this I cancelled my order and was told that $87 was NON REFUNDABLE. Reputable firms don't do this. They did not process my order. I did not receive what I ordered. We were RIPPED OFF. I will post a review alerting the public so that they don't wind up like us. Oh and the refund takes 10 business days - ridiculous!!!! The public needs to stop these less than reputable firms from taking advantage of the public.

it took my money prior to informing me…
it took my money prior to informing me that my id address must match the address i want my cert to go to, I no longer live at that address and the customer service line hangs up.

Just the First step
So far, so good. The real test is when will I get my Marriage Certificate. Well, they failed the test. I have received nothing and I have requested a refund. I'll see how that goes. It was just as easy to order the directly from the county and I received the certificates in t=less than a week.

Easy to do
Easy to do. Quick to finish. That's what I first thought. But then I had to enter an order reference and password that they gave me. I copied and pasted and it kept saying incorrect. I manually did it and still didn't work. I filled in the contact them sheet but no one has responded. I paid for the premium but am getting less than premium results.
