It not the service but the fact all my life been using the birth certificate since 1965 and now told it just a hospital sovereign seals, stamps, names. I'm 60 years old and just now getting a birth certificate because state department does not recognize the one I used all my life. Does this make since to you? In there office they hold a book with a picture of what there not to accept. A identical match to the one I used to appl for driver license coastguard exsame and other license. Next is death certificate I'm not sticking around to file that one.
