the hood struts I purchased didn't work , no better than the ones I removed.

I ordered a high pressure power steering hose on 10/23/23 through Amazon. A few hours later I received notice that the product was "shipped" and my card was charged for the item. Since USAutopartsCar is in Charlotte, NC, about 4 hours from me, I thought, great! I'll have the part by Wednesday 10/25. NOPE!!! Product sat "somewhere" for 4 days before it was scanned as being received by carrier facility who knows where because the tracking, as is normal, didn't have the location. Package was scanned 4 more times in the next 3 days and now shows that package was delayed. Well, no s--t Sherlock!!!

ordered 3 calipers, received one, messaged company asking where the other two were, car down extra days, equested how to return cores no answer,

My experience with this vendor is they are incompetent. I order two front brake rotors and only received one. They are refusing to resolve the matter in any fashion. John Tillery in customer service is of no help at all. He'll say sorry for the inconvenience, yada,yada.... but no action has been taken. I hav continually given them opportunities to fix the issue and they continually refuse. I highly recommend shopping practically anywhere else than from this site.

They sent me a part that did not fit and its impossible to return a part

Ordered a $20 part that was “guaranteed” to fit my vehicle. Paid $14 to have it shipped. It didnt fit. They want me to pay to ship it back. What a scam. Reply to your reply: You say it’s a perfect fit. Then you need you update your site because it’s not. I was able to get the correct part from another site. You’re lack of concern or willingness to help is ridiculous for any company.
