Paid for two items and only received one that was beat up. I will not recommend anyone use this website. Still waiting...really would return the one I got (dinged up) to get a full refund with return shipping. Your description should mention the condition as New with much shop and handling wear! signed, Mr. UNHAPPY

I got a 'Made in the USA' good quality body scraper from their website and it's super effective. I get massages after my workouts, but it's nice to have something strong and lightweight to use in between at home 👍🏽

Package was delivered faster than expected.

I ordered an item from usastrong.io and I waited, so excited to get my gift to myself. I waited and waited and got an email stating my item was delivered but I couldn't find it anywhere. I opened a ticket and told them what happened. They acknowledged my concern and immediately sent out a second pkg. Much to my dismay two days later I found the original pkg that someone had brought into the house and "set aside". OMG, so mortified. so I had great service twice and can't say enough nice things about this company. Great product, better customer service.

Terrible shipping time terrible service. Still no shipping info besides a fake tracking 3 weeks later still nothing wouldn’t ever buy again.
