First mistake I should have read reviews! Name USAQUALITY does not mean it is American made. At one point my package was held up in German customs. I ordered on 12/7 Christmas shirts and I can see as of 1/4 they are in Reno US. Maybe I might receive in time for next Christmas 😂 Received 1/10/2025, Return address on package was Texas? Will use next Christmas 😊

Do not order from this company. Takes 2 months to get your order. Ordered a Xmas sweater 11/8 and didn’t get it until 12/28. Customer support is horrible as well.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I ordered a Christmas shirt on 11/25 for a party on 12/14. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Didn't receive the shirts til 12/30! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $, I ordered a Christmas sweater in November and still haven't received it, despite paying extra for VIP expedited delivery. First they sent me shipping updates from China, then shipping fr Ireland. Now the shipping information says it's been in Kansas City since December 23rd, but it still hasn't arrived. Wanted to wear this during Christmas but I guess VIP expedite shipping is over 6 weeks for this company. Poor service!!!

Ordered two of the grizzly 399 bears as gifts for friends that had tracked and followed her on social media. Was getting two sets of tracking info showing different locations. When they arrived bears were different color and without the tags in the pictures from the website. Best they would offer was $21 refund on $80+ order. They say they shipped the right product

They advertised a bear, a famous bear named 399 who died. They showed a bear with a collar with 399 on it. I have followed 399 for a couple of years so I felt bad when she was hit by the car. The bear came but it had no collar with 399 on it. After much back and forth they said the bear didn't have a collar and they'd refund me 18.

I never received my order. Tracking showed delivered. Tracking number was invalid

The items come from China. The material of the clothes feels almost plastic and the sizing is incorrect. I asked the customer service for return instructions. First I was offered a $9 refund for a $200 order. Then I was given instructions to return the package to China. It cost $95 to ship the items back so I lost 1/2 of my refund. I just sent the items back so I don't know yet if I will really get a refund.
