Excellent service
Excellent service, efficient, clear instructions, easy to do. My only minor complaint is that scrolling through 72 years to get to the correct birth year seems a little clunky--tech-wise.

Very straightforward and simplified process for renewal. The expedited shipment passport fee scale seems a bit high and overly expensive, but regarding the overall process and site layout, it was very easy for me to complete what I needed to do.
