Moving from Oklahoma to Florida
I give the manager Frank 5 stars. He is helpful and the only one at the company that has any valuable information or at least knows what is going on at that place. Moving from Oklahoma to Florida. Set a date for our items to be picked up on July 2nd. Due to other jobs they did not make it out until July 3rd. The amount we were estimated to what we had to pay was almost double. Called on July 6th for an update on delivery date and was told I don't know we don't have a truck for your stuff. Any questions asked was I don't know it could be any day now, weeks, or months, before our stuff gets delivered. I Asked for a manager to call me on July 6th. I was told Frank will call you in 10 minutes. No call ever came. July 7th I called asking for a manager to call. Was told now he will call me in 1 hour 2:50pm EST. If you leave a message for them they will not call you, ask for a manager they will not call you, ask for date for your items they do not know. We have paid over $3,000 to have our stuff still in Oklahoma with no information on when we will get it. Customer service, business professionalism is not part of this company. I suggest you to not use this company when choosing a moving company. I will keep an update each day of the update Update: July 7th The manager called back and let us know he is waiting for a truck to come towards Florida that has room for our items. July 10th called and spoke with Frank the manager. He informed me there are 3 trucks heading to Florida and our items will be on the way soon just waiting to finish filling 1 truck. July 14th Called to speak with frank for an update as I have not heard anything.
