Reviews of usaibis.com

Stayed at the IBIS Budget Leicester. Room was very clean and the showers excellent. They were having extensive reworking done to the floor level although that did not disturb us at all. No breakfast was available as that area waas being ripped out and rebuilt but tea and coffee were laid on. Staff very helpful.

A little bit extra attention from staffmember Selvia made a average stay in a budget hotel very great, this much attention is normallly only provided in 5 star hotels

Great service friendly welcome very clean rooms and a manageress kamilla who really values and looks after the guests

First class prices budget class service! Where to begin? We stayed at the Ibis, Brisbane Airport, the staff are indifferent and not helpful, I asked if they did room service and was told they did so I ordered some drinks only to be told to “.. come down to reception and collect it ..”. Breakfast was included in the price but when I asked for a Latte I was told that was extra. When we checked in the receptionist said if we used anything from the mini bar we would be charged but the mini bar was empty (unlike the bin, which was full of rubbish when we arrived in the room). Plus the fact that there was only one side table by the bed.
