Garbage. The only thing accomplished in 30 days was a headache and unnecessary aggravation. There are no real grants or "free money" out there. Not without strings attached to your wallet.

I thought it was weird they were trying to charge me to apply for grants. So I immediately left the page. THEY CALLED ME. here's where it gets good. I told them I couldnt afford to pay to apply for grants. They told me i wasnt being charged to apply, but for their services. Then talked over me consistently. When insaid I could afford the fee he offered me a reduced rate and then asked again when I could pay it. I said I didnt know bc I had bills. The audacity in what happened next...he said "WELL ALRIGHT" and hung up the phone on me. When they called me. Do not give them any information. You can find what you need to for free on government grant websites.

I applied for this service over a week ago. Cancelled less than 1 hour. They refuse a refund. It a huge scam. Now I have to go for damages in court. Do not trust them.

USA funding application is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Company!!!!!! Do yourselves a favor and really think strong & hard before you click that button & open yourselves up to a strong & tedious battle for a refund if you decide you no longer want to be a part of this!!!!! At the time I applied for their services I was in a financial situation. In looking for resolution I clicked that button. As soon as I did that I changed my mind. Within less than a half hour I changed my mind. Now, last time I checked I had the prerogative to do that!! I was given so many “excuses” as to WHY I couldn’t get a refund!!!!!! Some of the individuals that work at this company made strong attempts at trying very hard to discount my attempts at getting MY refund!! In as much as a lot of folks in the employment field don’t like to WORK; It’s still a part of dealing with the public as employees to practice patience & respect to ALL people whom you may have disregard for!!!!!WE ARE ALL HUMANS & whether you like it or NOT we all bleed the SAME!!!!!!!!

What a Shame, using an .org designation for Non-Profit Organizations, not for profit llc's, charging customers. Remember, go to a .gov site for free assistance. Don't be fooled. The $21.97 fee for documents leads to more charges.. Stay away!

These people are thieves deception at its finest they are liars they're cheaters they say that it's money back guarantee That's a bunch of bullshit they wait they don't tell you it has to be before within 3 days after you purchase spend a 30 bucks or whatever these people are thieves you call customer service and they have no idea what what's even going on they have no idea they just rattle off a bunch of noise just so that they can get you back off the phone no good no good people

First off, the website says it costs 24.95 but it's 34.95 per month. (The monthly part is left out also). They fail to mention that the assistance you need to apply to must of these grants (especially business grants) costs over 1k additionally. I canceled my membership in January and was still charged in Feb. When I asked for a refund, they said they would give me a courtesy 15 and changed my cancelation to Feb even though the site said my account was inactive in January and rocket money confirmed I canceled in January. The sales call that I regretfully answered that convinced me to do it, even though I expressed i was in financial hardship from losing my job 2 weeks before Christmas, was just that a sales call that hustled me and lacked transparency. I wouldn't encourage anyone to use this site.

Deceptive: I signed up, checked it out and cancelled the same day! Found the process to complicated for me at the age of 71. Then I saw on my 2025 bank statement that I had been charged for 20 months for a total of $699! Checking their website, it stated I had cancelled on the same day I had ordered it! But to stop December's payment from going through I cancelled again. Manager has rejected last email that has a picture of the website as proof!
