Delivery was delayed 3 times. Still haven't received product! Can't schedule clients without product!

There have been some Fedex delays recently and I believe this happened with your order. I see your order was delivered on August 25th, so about 5-6 business days after your order, instead of the typical 3-4 with ground shipping.
