Very reliable and professional service since 2003
Amidst some of the more negative reviews here (which typically have to do with how unfriendly customer service behaves and how it reacts to requests and mails) I'd like to leave the following positive review: I have been a customer since 2003, and the company never missed a heartbeat and has always been very reliable and professional. All packages arrived and got processed and finally forwarded from the US to the EU according to promises and expectations. The logistic forwarders (I typically select Fedex) also proved to be highly reliable and very fast (3-4 days between placing the forwarding order with Usabox and the arrival on my doorstep in the Netherlands is no exception) Usabox is a bit more expensive than some others maybe, but I find it to be worth it, given the service that they have now been providing me for over 20 years.
