If I could give zero stars I would. They didn’t provide a contract for my audiobook which still isn’t done after 4 mos and was rejected for text to speech. They promised an article in New York weekly which was never done and still haven’t refunded my $1,100 for it. I paid for global distribution and they never did that, either. I filed a complaint with the CA attorney general’s office and will be hiring an attorney. They did a shoddy job editing my book then blamed me for it, too. Stay as far away from them as possible. They owe me almost $8,000 and are refusing to pay, are non-responsive, and are frauds!

I used this service. The had people posting things on my account that I did not approve. They made promises time and time again that they did not fulfill. They promised me a refund and never provided it. The took my money and never provided the promised services. Please do not work with this group. They are dishonest and just terrible to work with.

USA Book Promoters does what they say they going to do. The both edit and publish my books. Im very grateful for their editing service and cover creation. Good stuff

Nathan and Ben were always responsive and available to me. They worked through the edits and made it fairly simple. Although, since this is the first time I have published and marketed, I didn't know what wasn't included in the project, i.e. website, SSL, publishing with top-tier publishers. These charges should have been disclosed up front.
