I've had my Soocas II for like 7 months and have had an issue with every brush head. They crack and leak. I purchased 2 complete units through Walmart, one for my husband and the other for myself. Both with defective heads I reached out to them and they sent one replacement head set. Both of which cracked and leaked. Not sure how this happens neither of us dropped them or damaged them in any way. I just ordered another brush set from Amazon, so we shall see if they have a better batch. Seems like a known product defect after reading the reviews but at $25 a set you shouldn't have any issues. We did find a work around to get us by before purchasing new sets by using plumbers tape to seal the head. Again, not really what we expected but for the price of the units, we have no choice to stick it out for a bit.

I purchased a SOOCAS toothbrush on March 12th, 2026. It was the fasted delivery I've seen since COVID! I received notice that it arrived the very next day via post office tracking... NO package. Called the Post Office. It's not their tracking #. Sent the company several emails. No response and/or feedback....

Still waiting for my delivery and customer support sends out of office message for several days - not really acceptable for the pricing point of this product and lack of proactive communication

Wish I read these reviews 1st, emailed about a faulty product that is spraying me in the face. NO response. Wasted a lot of $$ on a not portable, defective product😤

I loved my Soocas toothbrush, but it suddenly stopped working. I sent an email to them, and their Customer service help me to change to another new one, so nice service!!!

Scammer if you get defected product you can forgot about warranty!!!!! Is not existing don't buy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
