Daysy's customer service team is top notch! I needed to send my device in for evaluation and it was determined to be covered under warranty. The entire process their team was quick and speedy to communicate details and updates. I mailed my device on a Monday and received my new device on Saturday! Minimal downtime and missed temps! They also give helpful tips/reminders prior to sending in the device to help ensure data is transferred. Highly recommend Daysy and this team. Thank you for valuing customers and providing excellent service!

I was having issues with my Daysy 1.0 and reached out. Within one day of me sending it back, they had diagnosed the issue and informed me they were sending me a Daysy 2.0. I received it two days later and I love it, great customer service!

I love my daysy but I'm facing a battery interruption issue for quite some time now, and nothing helps.. Customer service did not reply nor helped, despite having it for several months only. I'm so frustrated!!
