Complete scam. I called my bank to report them and to the bank the charge looks like 'CONSULTING - MARRIAGE, PERSONNEL'. I have no clue what that is but you are not paying for the actual MRV tax to make and appointment. I received exactly 2 emails from them to fill in the DS 160 (it's free on the gov website) that were apparently worth 199 USD.

Do not use these bunch for your visa application. I was under the false impression that I was paying the fees that include the visa application of 199 dollars. Even filled in the forms too. Found out that all they did was copy and pasted your info into the official USA visa application site and asked you to pay 169dollars to get the visa yourselves. I reached out to them saying this isn't the service I was aftering and demanded money back but they have since gone quiet. Avoid.
