I placed an order two months ago (order number 97965) and never received the goods. I even received a notification from Typology themselves that my order could not be delivered (without explanation). I have contacted Typology three times since then and have never received a response. There has also never been a replacement shipment. I mean, how bad can customer service be?! It's a disgrace! I urge Typology to issue me a refund or send me the goods immediately!

The shade colors do not match AT ALL. Shade 02 in the tinted serum and concealer are both much too yellow for skin with cool undertones, even though the product explicitly says it suits cool and rosy undertones. Pair that with a terrible return policy - you can only exchange for something in a different, and altogether incorrect shade (really??) or for a credit. If a skincare and makeup company isnt going to stand by helping clients get the right shade or product then why on earth would I ever want to buy from them again? I will use blue color corrector to make use of what I have, which truly defeats the purpose of these quality ingredients, but it seems like the only option. Typology needs to do much better, especially at these prices. So disappointing and a waste of money. Products from Laura Mercier, Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, Morphe, Refy, Hourglass, Armani and others are all far better matches and texture, and much better priced per ounce.

SCAM!!!! Ordered on Dec 16, my order instantly showed "delivered" status on the site. Card was charged $311.63! Order never shipped. Typology has given no email response in days!!! I am contacting my bank. I would order from a 3rd party seller. They at least have to abide by marketplace rules! NEVER AGAIN.

DO NOT BUY. I bought products as they seemed nice. Received today, I have NOT opened the products cause just by looking at the glassbottle the color "Fair" is not the shade fair should be, so I want return the entire unopened package. But THERE IS NO WAY to return, they have made so you cant return on website but have to request it, just to fool customers. They will answer here politely but not on my mails. Good way to screw customers. I demand you answer me so I can return products BEFORE 14 days, I will otherwise sue this company as we have lawyers in my entire family that will help.
