The delivery was fantastic. Because it has a pic of a lambo on the side of the box I recommend having a concierge in your building or have someone home or a doorbell camera if you live in the burbs especially around the holidays. I am friends with my UPS driver and made sure it made it to me. City living is no joke hence why this city needs a lambo driven around with either a dog or stylish kid.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color and sent TOBBI customer support an email detailing my mistake. They responded within 12 hours to get the color I wanted and sent that information to the shipping warehouse before the order went out. You really don’t see customer service like this anymore, almost brought tears to my eyes to see this kind of support in the market!! I was searching for a ride on car for my 3yr old grandson. I searched the web and came across TOBBI. I made my selection, the process was easy. I had a slight issue with the license plate. I had the plate in the car, however, I later found out if you go BACK, the plate will no longer be available in the car. You must put the plate and personal info back into the cart if you go back for any reason. I wanted to ensure I had everything correct. I simply sent TOBBI customer service an email to confirm if the plate was on the order with the purchase of the RANGE. Within 12 hours I had a reply to confirm the plate was not included on my original order. TOBBI sent me a link to purchase the link separately. The turnaround for the reply was quite expeditious. You will not be disappointed. Within 3-5 business days, my little guy received his truck. I would suggest giving TOBBI a try. You will not be disappointed.

So far, so excellent!! Love the size of the jeep. The front and back headlights along with the interior lights are pretty cool. Love that it’s radio controlled for little ones that don’t quite understand the concept of driving. Purchased two of them but will not be giving to my grandkids until Christmas.
